   MLFHS will undertake up to THREE searches for the standard fee of £3.00 (members only) or £5.00 (non-members). Each search will be restricted to a single name or event in a single specified source. Results may be returned by e-mail or post as felt appropriate.

Please enter your name and e-mail address where indicated. If you are a member of MLFHS, enter your member number in the space provided to obtain the member rate.

For each lookup please enter the publication code and title from the Resource Centre Catalogue in the box 'Source ref and title' It is ESSENTIAL that you provide this information.

In the large box, please describe your lookup requirements clearly indicating:

  • Name of person sought>
  • Date range for event.
  • Any other relevant information

Complete the form and press 'Submit'. This will send a message with your lookup requirements to Clayton House and then connect you to the payment service. Only when payment has been received will the request be processed.
